Question: When cooking an uncooked meat, how do you tell when it's ready!?
Answers:
u can stick a tooth pick or knife in the widest part of the meat, if u see blood comin out then it isnt done yet!. youll know when the meat is done when no blood comes out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

An instant read thermometer is the best way to tell!.
Medium beef & pork is about 160*F
Chicken should be about 180*F and juices run clear

med rare!.!.145 degrees
med well!.!.!.160degrees
well done!.!.170 degrees
Pork should be cooked until the meat is white inside!.
Chicken the same way, white inside!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When all the meat has gone to a brown colour, cook for another five minutes and the meat is done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
