How should I cook grouper fillets?!
Friends went deep sea fishing while on vacation with them!. They cleaned and packed the fish when they were back from fishing!. Fish was frozen for the rest of the weekend!. I am thawing some of the grouper!. It looks like it has skin on one side of it!. How should I cook this with common things on hand!? Thanks, fairly new to cooking seafood!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salt & pepper the side without the skin and just pan fry the fillets in some oil!. I think a few minutes per side is good enough!. You can add some other spices as well to give it some more taste!. I like paprika on my fish!.!.!.it gives it a little zing!. Serve it with a side dish of rice and some steamed/stir-fried veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
