I am thawing some of the grouper!. It looks like it has skin on one side of it!. How should I cook this with common things on hand!? Thanks, fairly new to cooking seafood!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salt & pepper the side without the skin and just pan fry the fillets in some oil!. I think a few minutes per side is good enough!. You can add some other spices as well to give it some more taste!. I like paprika on my fish!.!.!.it gives it a little zing!. Serve it with a side dish of rice and some steamed/stir-fried veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
