Cooking lamb leg steak, pork chops and chicken in George Foreman Grill??10 points available?!
I'm doing this diet, and it contains alot of lamb steak, chops, and grilled chicken!.!.
but I don't have a proper grill in my oven ( does that make sense)
However i have a George foreman grill ( medium sized)!.
How long should i cook the lamb steak for!?!?
I want it cook properly!
and how!?!?
what sort of seasoning can i use!?!?
Without using butter!?!?
The same with the lamb chops
How can i cook them properly!?
Seasoning!?!?
what time should they be in the George Foreman!?
and again the same with chicken!?!?
Can i cook it in a George foreman grill!?!?
if so how long for!?!?
what seasoning can i use without butter!?!?
Don't worry i'm not going to be eating all steak, chops and chicken in one day!
and one more thing how can i check each of them are cooked!?!?
Thank you ever so much, (before hand)

Answers:
try and get the meat cut as evenly as possible - batten out chicken breasts if you have to (place on some cling film, cover with more film and hit with a meat mallet or rolling pin until flattened!. You need to spray or brush on a teeny bit of oil onto the plates to stop then sticking, and as regards flavouring, anything salt or sauce based will tend to burn!. So best to have some fat free dips and sauces to put on afterwards!. As regards how long do you cook them for, the only way to tell is to stick a knife into the thickest part or middle of the meat, if there's blood or slight pinkishness, cook for longer!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well, I like using Mrs!. Dash on my meat because there's no salt but it tastes delicious!. You just cook them until they're done!. There's really no specific time!. Make sure they are totally thawed out before you cook them!. And when the outside is really brown and the juice starts coming out just cut into it and if it's still pink, let it cook a bit longer!. This is how I check my meat on my George Foreman because there's no other way to tell other than cutting it open!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well it depends on the thickness!. a well cooked chicken piece would prob be about 10 Min's!. I would say next time you buy a food your not sure how long to buy for ask a member of staff that works there and basically say i want to cook this on a George foreman grill but I'm not sure how long for!?!.!. and I'm sure they will tell you what you need to up on it and how long for!. Instead of using butter either leave it dry or put a bit of non-stick oil for like frying pans!. I how i helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
try rubbing the meat in a variety of spices or herbs!. tandoori spices rubbed into lamb cutlets with a green salad and mint yoghurt is divine!. you be suprised how quickly meat cooks in these grills!. it's is very hard to give you a specific idea of time; as the cut of the meat and your personal preference are a factor that needs to be considered!. it's a great way to lose weight as you don't have to use any oil or butter with the foreman grill!. i usually just stick a knife through it and check the pinkness!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
