The Z is funny! lol!
Anyway, what I do when I make chicken alfredo pasta, is to cook all three seperately, then combine them!. First, I cook the chicken in about 4 cups of chicken broth (but make sure you take it out of the broth before you use the chicken, and you can always save the broth to use the next day for a soup!.) It's always easier to cut the chicken up after it's cooked!. Then, I add the alfredo sauce to the pan with the chicken, just until heated!. While that's cooking, I cook either fresh or frozen brocolli in about an inch of water in a sauce pan until the water's all gone!. (Make sure you watch it so the brocolli doesn't burn when the water's gone!.) Cook it on high to medium with a lid on it!. While that's cooking, I boil up some water (and you can add salt to the water, to flavor the pasta a little, if you want), and add the pasta when the water boils!. I cook it for about 10 minutes, until soft!. When all three are done, I combine it in one pan, or you can serve the pasta on a plate with the brocolli, chicken and alfredo combination on top!. You do not need to use the oven, especially since it's so hot right now!. Serve with bread and a salad!. Yummy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I prefer to use a glass pan!. I spray it lightly with vegetable spray!. The add the pasta to the pan top it with the sauce & mix!. If you are using fresh broccoli you should par cook it before adding it to the pasta mix!. If you are using frozen you might want to defrost it before adding it to the pasta!. I top my pasta with a hand full of grated parmesan before baking!. This makes it nice & yummy & brown on top!. Cook it in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until it is nice & brown on top!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
