Simple idea for boneless pork chops...........?!
i need a simple but good idea for boneless pork chops!.!.!.!.i have to cook dinner tonight and my dad is going to be really hungry!.!.so i want to make them a little less boring!.!.!.!.also do you think onions are a good match for pork chops!?!?!?!? normally i think they are only good for steak!.!.LOL whats your opinion!.!.!.thank you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had dinner at a friends and she made pork chops!. They were delicious!. She said she would brown they in butter and add onions (loads of them) and simmer til tender!. They were great with the onions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pork chops are good with sweet and sour sauce
3 table spoons ketchup
2 table spoons vinegar
I-2 table spoons sugar
I table sppon soy sauce (if you have it in)
3/4 cup of water
table sppon of cornflour
Mix the ingredients and bring to boil!. Thicken with the cornflour mixed with a little water!.
Pork and Bean Casserole
Fry chops and cut into pieces!.
Layer with onions and green beans in a dish!.
Out a layer of baked beans in sauce on top
Put a layer of breadcrumbs on top of this and dribble with melted butter
bake in oven until hot through and crumb topping browned!. Serve with potatoes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 2 T Dijon Mustard
* 2 T Mayonnaise
* 1 T olive oil
Directions
1!. Preheat broiler on high with rack 6 inches from heat source!.
2!. Line broiler pan with foil for easy clean-up!.
3!. Combine mustard, mayo, and olive oil in a bowl!.
4!. Spread mustard mixture on both sides of the pork chops and lay them on the broiler pan!.
5!. Broil for 10 min!.(or until brown) then turn and broil for another 10-15 min until cooked, but lightly pink in the center or until a thermometer reads 160 deg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brown them over medium heat in a skillet on the stove top!. Turn the heat down and then deglaze the pan with either a 1/2 C!. water or vegetable stock (broth), scraping the browned bits from the bottom of the pan!. Remove from the heat!.
Turn your oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit!. Put the browned chops, the liquid and pan drippings and as much onion, mushrooms, celery and/or carrots as you'd like in with them!. Cover your dish and bake for about an hour!.

Take chops and fry only to brown well on sides-put chops in a nice size pan and add cream of mushroom soup or celery for each can soup you use also add 1 can milk let this cook on med heat the soup will thicken up makes a great sauce when finished pay attention so meat wont stick when cooking slow this also makes meat tender, have a salad or bread or veggie with great !!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

-dip thawed chops into egg, squish around
-then dip into flour mixture, turning over to coat evenly

Brown the pork chops!. Put in 13 X 9 casserole dish!. Top with sliced onions, sliced potatoes and cover with a can of cream of mushroom soup!. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-1 hour!. Serve with rolls, and green beans!.
