Answers:
Try toasting your pumpkin seeds with some seasonings on them!., such as chili powder, garlic salt, herbs, or even a little honey!. Just add a few drops of oil, your seasonings, and mix them all up (easy to do in a ziplock bag) Spread the seeds in an ungreased heavy saucepan, and turn the heat to medium!. Give the pan a few shakes as it heats up!. When you start to smell a slight toasty smell, stir the seeds up quickly and remove them from the pan (they will burn quickly so keep a close eye) This way, you can enjoy the benefits of the seeds, but still have some variety!. Sunflower seeds and other nuts are good this way too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What are "crisps"!? Are you talking about something like potato chips!? If so, you can get these AMAZING "chips" called "baked pita chips" from the store!. They're VERY healthy!. They have a little sea salt on the outside (which is a good salt if to use) and are packed with protein and fiber and have like 2 grams of fat (not saturated!) per serving!.

Or, my mother in law had these when we were at her house last week and they're soooo good!. Costco and probably some other wholesale stores carry boxes of individual serving freezedried apples and pears!. http://www!.dietdetective!.com/content/vie!.!.!.

They're not sweetened!. Just 100% apple!. They're sliced and freeze dried and very healthy!. They're light and airy when you bite into them (I hate the crunchy dried fruit)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you avoiding chips because you don't want carbs!? If so, then try fried pork rinds!. You can find them in the chip aisle!.

You mention you don't like any other seeds, but what about nuts!? Peanuts, mixed nuts, cashews, etc!. Pistachios are fun to nibble on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
