I am sick of keeping my tropical fish.can i now eat them and what would be a good sauce?!

LOMI LOMI - TROPICAL FISH RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups diced salted any tropical fish
* 6 medium tomatoes, diced
* 1 white onion, chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped green onion
* sea salt to taste
* cayenne pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1!. In a medium bowl, stir together the salted fish, tomatoes, white onion, green onion, sea salt and cayenne pepper!. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving!. Serve chilled!.
Tropical Barbecue Sauce (GOES BEST WITH ANY TROPICAL DISH)
Ingredients
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup brown sugar, packed
* 3 TBSPS ketchup
* 1 TBSP soy sauce
* 1 tsp dry mustard
* 1 cup crushed pineapple
* 2 TBSPS bell pepper flakes (I use chili flakes; spicy)
* 1 TBSP arrowroot (or, 2 TBSPS flour mixed with 1 TBSP cornstarch)
* 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
1!. Mix together the 1 cup water and brown sugar!. Add ketchup, soy sauce, dry mustard, pineapple, and pepper flakes!.
2!. Bring to a boil!. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes!.
3!. Dissolve arrowroot (or flour / cornstarch mixture) in the 1/4 cup water!. Add to the sauce and cook, stirring, until sauce thickens!. (NOTE: If using flour / cornstarch mixture, add a bit at a time, stirring, until desired thickness is achieved!.)

I would fry them and use a slice lemony sauce!.!.!. add some fresh parsley!.!.!.
but they might be a bit small!.!.!. and some are very tough!.!.!. with horrible bones!.!.!.
