I mix it all up together and then make the patties!. What time's dinner!. I'll bring the potato salad!. ?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should put a hunk of blue cheese in the middle of two thin patties and form one whole patty around it!. It will be great hot because your guests will get the blue cheese in the middle!.

also, if you want a little bit of a buffalo wing taste, add some Frank's hot sauce to some melted butter, brush it on the buns, and toast them!. It is delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It all depends on my mood!.

I like to take a hamburger patty portion split it in half and make two smaller patties!. Put the blue cheese in between the patties and make your big patty that way!. You're essentially making a stuffed hamburger patty!.

When I'm feeling "lazy" i'll just put the blue cheese on top!.

Either way is great! Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can actually do it either way!. But the better way is to form the patty make a well in the center, andd the cheese and then cover it!. It gets nice and melted inside!Www@FoodAQ@Com

put on top like any other cheese!.

if you insist, make two thin patties, spoon some cheese in the center of one, top with other patty and pinch the edges to seal it in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yuck, don't put blue cheese anywhere neer a hamburger, don't bother making patties either, just buy a box of bubba burgers and you are good to go! Blue cheese, HOW GROSSWww@FoodAQ@Com

Mix up the meat really good and then mix in the cheese!. If you push it in, the burgers will have a tendency to fall apart while cooking them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would make two thin patties!.
Put a little mound in the middle of one!.
Top with the other patty!.
Pinch the corners to seal!. Season and grill!. Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a thin patty and then put the blue cheese in the center!. Fold the patty and press again to reshape it!. Works for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
