Simplest cheesecake ever:
Base - digestive biscuits crushed mixed with melted butter and brown sugar
Filling - cream cheese, whipped up double cream, a flavouring if desired (eg I usually crumble up fudge and then grate some over the top)

Not sure what you are talking about!. But here is a recipe for a No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake:
1 1/2 cups dark or semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup granulated sugar
11 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups frozen whipped topping
1 chocolate or regular graham cracker crust
Whipped topping and shaved dark chocolate for garnish
Melt chocolate chips over low heat in medium saucepan, stirring frequently until smooth and melted!. Set aside to cool!.
In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth!. On low speed blend in the melted chocolate!. Fold in whipped topping until blended!. Cover and chill until firm, about 3 hours!.
Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/2 tin of condensed milk mixed with 250mls double cream, whip to a thick cnsistency (add lemon juices or zest etc for a flavour) for the filling!. Crushed digestive with in a pan with some butter for the base!. Put base into flan case and pur filling mixture in, chill for 1 hr and youre done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
