Here is one!. I have no idea how it will turn out though!.
DELORES' EGGLESS BREAD
2 c!. warm water
1 pkg!. dry yeast
1/3 to 1/2 c!. sugar
1 1/2 tsp!. salt
1/2 c!. shortening
Flour (until dough pulls away from sides of bowl, 6-8 c!.)
Soften yeast in 1 cup of warm water!. In saucepan, heat remaining water, sugar, salt and shortening just until warm (115 to 120 degrees) and shortening is almost melted; stir constantly!. Turn into large mixing bowl!. Stir in 2 cups of the flour; beat well!. Add the softened yeast; stir until smooth!. Stir in as much flour as you can until dough pulls away from sides of bowl!.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface!. Knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic!. Shape into a ball and place into a lightly greased bowl; turn once to grease surface!. Cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 1 1/4 hours!.
Punch down and knead on floured surface until smooth and firm!. Shape into 2 balls!. Cover; let rest 10 minutes!. Grease two 8x4x2 inch loaf pans!. Brush loaves with some melted butter!. Cover; let rise in warm place until nearly double, 45-60 minutes!. Bake in 375 degree oven about 45 minutes or until bread tests done!. Remove from pans; cool on wire rack!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
