it sounds great the way it is! You could put a little parmesian in the bread crumbs!.!.!.season with a tspn of tarragon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thigh (or breasts, or a combo)
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary
Directions
1Preheat oven to 325°!.
2Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish!.
3In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine remaining ingredients!. Heat and stir until melted and well-blended!.
4Pour over chicken pieces!.
5Bake at 325° for about 60-75 minutes (or until done); basting chicken occasionally!.

As for the "extra" honey, I think it makes the sauce mixture more creamy!?!.!.!.idk!.!.lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
