carrot, cauliflower, and green beans--and I love to stir-fry them! this is a very colorful dish, that's why I love it so much, it also taste a s good as it looks ; )
have ready approximately the same amount of:
diagonally&thinly sliced carrots,
blanched cauliflower florets, and
blanched sliced greenbeans
heat 1T butter and 1T oil, add thinly sliced onions, finely chopped garlic, and 1 red chilli-thinly sliced!. stir continuously until onions are translucent!. stir in vegetables, add scant 1/4 cup water (or chicken stock)!. cook over high heat quickly so the veggies are still crisp but tender, just until the liquid is absorbed!. season with salt and pepper, serve immediatelyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't met a veggie i didn't like, except assparagus!. But my all time favorite is CORN, GLORIOUS CORN!!!!!.!.!.!.!.(fresh preferably) on the cob, off the cob, fried, boiled, roasted, grilled, blanched, any way i can get it!.!.!.!.!.!.!. except raw!.

GREEN BEAN AND CORN CASSEROLE
1 can French style green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c!. sour cream
1/2 c!. chopped onion
1 can shoe peg or white whole kernel corn
1/2 c!. chopped celery
1 1/2 packs crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
Spray casserole dish with Pam!. Drain green beans and place in dish!. Mix together cream of celery soup, sour cream, chopped onion, corn (drained) and chopped celery!. Pour this mixture over the green beans!. Place crushed crackers on top and pour melted butter over crackers!. Bake 35 minutes on 350 or until brown!.

1 can corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
8 oz!. sour cream ( use light for less calories)
1 small pkg!. Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
Spread mixed ingredients in a 9 x 13 casserole dish!.Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm!.

I love all vegetables when they're cooked on the grill! But my favorites are asparagus and artichokes! Toss the asparagus with a hint of olive oil and grill!. Or steam the artichokes, cut in half and lay cut-side-down on the grill until they start to brown!. Dip in a aioli sauce!.!.!.yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com
