Question: What does a mudshark taste like!?

Does it taste like ckicken or something fushy like tuna!? I'm going to be dining on some tonight and would really like to know what to expect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never had mudshark but I have had shrak and did not like it at all!. I tasted like blood to me and smelt really strong, not like fish but more like muscleWww@FoodAQ@Com
