Just take a tip from Rachel Ray: use it in EVERYTHING! Nothing ya cook deserves to be garlic deprived! Slice it, mash it, dice it, use it whole, stuff yer meat with it, rub it in, saute it with yer chicken, pork, beef, fish, veggies!. Use it with everything, and don't worry about it hanging 'round too long!. Sweat some cloves with extra virgin olive oil (evoo) and put it back in the bottle!. OR roast some and add it to a bottle of evoo!. Just let yer imagination run wild!. Crush it a bit, rub it on yer grilled cheese sammies, on yer toasted hotdog or burger buns!. Add a clove or two to yer steak and shrimp kabobs!. Just do it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

my favorite - chop up some garlic, some onion, and a tomato!. (and any other veggie you like) saute them on low heat in a deep frying pan!. add a little sugar, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper and basil!. add water ( i use the starchy water on top of the pasta i'm boiling) when the water boils, add a spoonful of flour or cornstarch, and a little butter!. stir it all up, it'll start to thicken!. if its too thick add water, if its runny add flour!. when its as thick as you want it, just pour it over pasta!.
i love this easy, quick, versatile recipe!! you can really add anything you want, chicken, spices, veggies
th key is too cook it slowly
i also love roasted garlic on my bread with butterWww@FoodAQ@Com
