LOL @ Eureka! One Christmas I had my family over to my home and realized I didn't make any dessert, after dinner to make it worse!. I had some left over stale french bread for the stuffing (unseasoned) and threw some eggs, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg, craisins, pecans and butter in there (basically whatever I had in my home) to make a quick bread pudding, served it warm, right out of the oven, with some vanilla ice cream and everyone raved about it!. I never made bread pudding before, so it was a EUREKA moment for me too! LOL!!! Some of the guests even asked if they could take some home!.!.it was a good night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Too many to list!!! RE: the above poster, I have been doing something very similar:

Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Enough Thinly Sliced Prosciutto, 4 slices per breast
Freshly Ground Pepper
Deli sliced (thick) Swiss Cheese

Generously pepper the breasts!.!.!.!.!.!.Wrap the prosciutto around breasts!. Place in covered casserole dish!.!.!.!.Bake 40 minutes!. During the last 5 minutes, uncover and top with the Swiss Cheese!.

See how easy that was!?!?!? And it's basically Chicken Cordon Bleu, inside out!.!.!.!.!.instead of stuffing the chicken with the Prosciutto and Cheese, it's all on the outside!.!.!.!.The pepper helps cut the saltiness of the Prosciutto!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Enjoy!!!

Yes, many a times!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and they were all total shockers to me at the time too! Several of my ideas have hit the menus of my workplaces from sauces, dips, dressings and meals from creating my own daily "specials"!. and now my family are my guinea pigs during holiday dinners and the favorites from just this past year were Walnut Orange Cranberry Sauce, Wild Berry Fruit Dip, Fruit Stuffed French Toast and my own marinade and sauce for Pork Tenderloin (a combination of old and new recipes, with my own love)!. I hope the fires continue to flame up, it's a better world to eat in when we keep on creating and inventing new and exciting ways to fuel our passion for life!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make something called Sloppy Mess!. It started off as Sloppy Joe's but I can't stand the stuff, and really wanted chili!. My kid never had chili, and is fussy about spicy food, so I wasn't going to push it!. I use a can of manwich, ground beef or turkey (or both), a can of kidney or pinto beans (or both in a big batch so I can freeze some), sometimes a can of corn, some water and tomato paste, or tomato sauce!. Top it with some shredded cheddar cheese (and diced onions on mine!) in a bowl with some homemade cornbread or muffins!. I've slowly added chili powder and cumin so I can finally have mild chili and the kid likes it!. To make her happy, I serve it over elbow macaroni!. My daughter now begs me to make a batch every week, so I keep some in the freezer for her!. Next time I make it I will be eliminating the Manwich!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
