Beef Stroganoff!!! was my grandmas recipe!
1 lb ground beef
1 bag wide egg noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) canister of sour cream
Brown beef, drain!. Boil pasta, drain!. Mix all ingredients together and simmer 5 minutes until hot!.

Penne Pasta with Vodka Cream Sauce:
1 quart Simple Tomato Sauce, recipe follows, or store-bought marinara sauce, blended until smooth
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 pound penne
Simple Tomato Sauce:
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 (32-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
4 to 6 basil leaves
2 dried bay leaves
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, optional
-Simmer the tomato sauce and vodka in a heavy large skillet over low heat until the mixture reduces by 1/4, stirring often, about 20 minutes!.
-Stir the cream into the tomato and vodka sauce!.
-Simmer over low heat until the sauce is heated through!.
-Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well blended!.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes!. Drain the pasta and transfer it to the pan with the sauce, and toss to coat!.

-Pour half the tomato sauce into the bowl of a food processor!.
-Process until smooth!. Continue with remaining tomato sauce!.
If not using all the sauce, allow it to cool completely and then pour 1 to 2 cup portions into plastic freezer bags!. Freeze for up to 6 months!.

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
Place blueberries and lemon juice in an 8 x 8-inch square baking pan!.
Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together!. Beat in milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla!. Spread batter over berries!.
Mix 1 cup sugar with cornstarch and sprinkle evenly over batter!. Pour the boiling water over all!.
Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 40 to 50 minutes or until set!.

There is more than one!. My own is the chicken vindaloo recipe I developed after experimenting with many curried concoctions!. I never wrote it down though, I feel it out!.
My favorite I got from my mom is the meatloaf casserole with tater tots and cream of mushroom and sharp cheese on top!.
I have to be careful with that one though since I am lactose intolerant!.

we call it "Dirt" don't know the real name!.
Take 3 boxes of instant choc!. pudding, mix it up!. Crush a package of Oreo cookies,
Take a new large plastic sand bucket (washed)!. Layer the crushed cookies and the pudding, ending with the crushed cookies!. Stick a couple of plastic flowers into the "dirt" and serve with a new washed plastic garden spoon!. We also put gummi worms in the mix!.
