I have a box of Betty Crocker brownie mix that calls for 2 eggs but I'm out of eggs! HELP!?!
Ok, the package calls for 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 eggs, and the brownie pouch mix!. I have everything I need except the eggs!

Sorry - I do a fair amount of baking and as far as I know, you can't leave the eggs out of recipes without seriously altering the results!. With the brownies, the eggs help hold them together and make them rise!. Wait until you can run to the store!. Then enjoy brownies the way they were meant to be enjoyed!Www@FoodAQ@Com
You can use 2 table spoons of flax seed and 6 tablespoons of water, or you can use 6 tablespoons of applesauce!.
You could even just make the brownies without the eggs!. They will just turn out more like fudge!. If you don't use eggs you should use 2 extra tbsp of vegetable oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You possibly use mayonaise!. It has eggs in it plus it will make them moist!.!.I put mayo in all my baking dishes cause it makes them moist and no you cant tast it! But then you can always wait your call, but I know with chocolate and brownies being my fav i would do it with the mayo!.hahaWww@FoodAQ@Com
