This is very good!

1 Pkg!. Bowtie pasta
1 Pkg!. Italian sausage (large "link" type)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 jar Sun dried tomatoes (julienne cut)
1 Pkg!. Pine nuts
olive oil

Cook Italian Sausage, cut each link in 1/2 or 1/4's
Cook Pasta, drain!. Toss pasta with a small amount of olive oil
add garlic, pine nuts and Sun dried tomatoes with juice!. Toss all together!. Serve with salad and bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would go for Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (Garlic and Olive Oil)
With a nice glass of red wine!.

With a little more effort you can have some Romana Carbonara

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:

* 1 lb!. spaghetti pasta
* 4 slices bacon (diced)
* 2 egg yolks
* 2 Tbsp!. milk
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Preparation:
Cook the bacon in a heavy skillet until crisp!. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels!. Set bacon aside, dice it!.

Cook the pasta as directed on package!. Meanwhile, combine the egg yolks, milk, and garlic in a medium bowl and beat until well blended!.

When the pasta is cooked, drain and immediately return to the pot!. Stir in the egg mixture and toss thoroughly until combined!. Add the bacon and cheese and toss again to coat!. Serve immediately!. Serves 4

This stuff is the bomb!. also put some pepper in it!.

And a glass of red wine!!!

I eat prepared meals!.!.!.but if you want to cook (why!?) omelette is a cracking source of protein!. Fry some onions in the pan first - that makes the omelette taste of onions!. Dost thou have a microwave fair maiden!? so!.!.!.microwave some peppers, thrown on top with grated cheese and cut two slices of bread!. have tinned fruit and custard for puddy wuddy!.
this meal contains 1) protein, 2) carbohydrates and fibre, fruit and veg, and dairy!. plenty of fat too!. nice cuppa to end with!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
