You can try either of these:

-Use infused oil on baked fish!. Heat olive oil on low heat with tarragon, sage, thyme or any other spices you desire!. Then, drizzle on top of the fish once you have finished baking it!.

-Serve it with salsa!. Whitefish in particular is great with a sweet, spicy salsa as a topping!.

-Bread and pan fry the fish!. Children especially enjoy this!.

-Stew it!. If you like milder flavor from your fish, cook it in water and clam juice with onions, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, and whatever other vegetables and herbs you prefer!.

-Spice it up!. Just a bit of black or cayenne pepper can make a huge difference!.

-Eat it raw or flame seared!. Buy sushi-grade fish and enjoy the delicious natural flavor!. Add some sushi rice and wasabi to make a meal!.

This recipe is also good and really easy to make!.

4 Haddock fillets!. 20-24 oz!. [or halibut, mahi, or talapia]
4 Slices bacon
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 cup pre-diced red onion
2 T extra virgin olive oil

Preheat large sauté pan on med-high 2-3 minutes!. Cut bacon slices in half and place in pan!. Cook 1-2 minutes or until bacon begins to crisp!.

Season both sides of fish with pepper, then place on top of bacon!. Reduce heat to med-low, cover and cook 3-4 minutes [without turning fish over] Meanwhile, cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and dice onions and place in medium bowl and mix with olive oil!.

Pour tomatoes and onion mixture over fish, cover and cook 3-4 more minutes or until fish is opaque and separates easily with fork!. Cook time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish!. Serve!Www@FoodAQ@Com
