Seafood cooking challenge?!

Question: Seafood cooking challenge!?
i have a mix of Tesco Seafood Fruits De Mer 400g (a selection of raw peeled king prawns, shelled mussels, raw shelled scallops and squid rings)

Cooking Instructions
Stir Fry

My challenge is that i need to cook it without the use of a stove top or oven (mine is not working at the moment & waiting to be fixed)!. The grill still works!.

So, I have the use of a microwave, a kettle, and a grill!. How can I cook this!? Instructions say stir fry but i cant (stove top doesnt work) !. technically I could sacrifice my kettle (as I have a spare kettle) and just boil it in my kettle if worse comes to worst!.!.!. but i was wondering if anyone had any better ideas or if i should just sacrifice my kettle!? (or could i just lay these things on a tray under the grill!? if so, for how long!?) best way to cook these things anyway!? thanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
best to to boil as u end up with a very very fade flavor but saying that you can VAX pack with herbs and dash of white wine and herbs and touch of olive oil and chill!. Or do a Jammie Oliver and do it on a steel tray with same fl-avers covered with tin foil!. If you want tough and cotton cool wool Shell fish use the microwave!. Or go to the garden and use a barbecue and make foil parcels!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fortunately, none of the ingredients need to be cooked for very long!.

Personally, I'd stir fry them under the grille!. Put some oil in a frying pan, heat it up under the grille!. Take it out, put the seafood in, stir it about a bit, put it under the grille to heat up, take it out, stir it about about a bit, etc!., etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put your frying pan under the grill upside down and heat it up till its boiling hot!.

Then when u take it out turn it over, put the oil in and stir fry it with the residual heat in the pan, as previously said it don t take long and a very high heat will cook them nicely, dont grill them it will go rubbery or burnWww@FoodAQ@Com

Place all ingredients (seasonings and all) in a large foil packet!. Turn regularly!. You will not even need to use the pan on the grill this way and all ingredients will cook together and have even flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

make a seafood paella on the grillWww@FoodAQ@Com
