Is the secret to making Beirocks the amount of sugar in the dough?!
I'm looking at beirock recipes, and am seeing that there is lots of sugar in the dough!. Is that is help counter the cabbage, to make the dough flakier, what is the purpose or the added sugar!?

Yes, the sugar helps it be Sweet and Savory!. Its actually to help counter the cabbage!. usually less dough makes the crust flakier!. Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
