Okay so I always start with a meat that can either be steak, chicken, fish, pork chops etc!. Then you add a starch like potatoes, rice, pasta, etc!. Then you add a vegetable (steamed is best) like Broccoli, Green Beans, you can have salad too!. Rice always goes well with white meat like fish, chicken and pork!. Potatoes go good with everything including red meat like roast and steak!. If you dont feel like eating meat you can make pasta, try a different kind of pasta with maybe an alfredo sauce or pesto, try stuffed pasta already made like ravioli or tortellini!. Twist your pasta up and add shrimp or cut up chicken breast and mushrooms! Another easy meal is stir-fry; cut up some raw veggies or these days you can buy frozen bags of stir fry veggies and just cook them up in a pan with some soya sauce!. Add cooked Rice or noodles and whoula! If you are not wanting to try cooking rice or pasta from scratch buy those lipton sidekick meal things then you can have a variety of rice and pasta!. Do you have a slow-cooker!?!? If not you should get one and buy small roast season it up with seasoning salt, garlic powder, and dry onion soup mix then throw it in the slow cooker with a little bit of water in the morning, keep it in the slowcooker all day on low and when you come home whoula it should be done, if not put it on high for an hour or so and then enjoy! haha hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try some salads!. I also like make at home Sub sandwiches with lots of veggies!. If you are feeling really adventurous try stir-frys!. They have lots of veggies and if you use tofu, lean chicken, pork, beef or shrimp they can be quite good!. My basic marinade for about 1/2 lb meat is, 1t cornstarch, 1t soy and 1t sherry (if you don't want sherry use chicken broth!.) chop up some garlic and fresh ginger (or get the pre-chopped in the jar) Make a little sauce with 1T cornstarch, 3T chicken broth (or sherry) 1T soy sauce!. Make sure you stir the cornstarch before you add it to the pan!. Cook the meat in a hot frying pan with 1 T oil with the garlic and ginger!. Then add 2C of whatever vegetables you have on hand and cook until they are tender-crisp!. Then add the sauce!. Serve over rice or noodles!. Once you get comfortable with this, there are many good stir-fry recipes out there!.
