If you have access to banana leaves those could work, but if you oil the grill well you won't need to use anything else!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Do you like to eat hot stuff!?
If you do, buy a bottle of samba chilli!.
Place the fish on a foil, then spread some samba on the fish!.
Wrap it up n grill for 10 min!.
Open up the foil and check if the meat is soft!.
If it is soft then Voila!

u can season the fish 1st then wrap it in aluminum foil, it helps trap the flavor and keeps the fish at the right temperature!. if u dont put it in foil u can risk over cooking the fish and making it dryWww@FoodAQ@Com
Direct cooking no foil it will scratch the grill coating!
