Easy Cajun Chicken and Rice
1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1? cup water
? tsp!. garlic powder
4 chicken breasts, skinless
1 Tbsp!. Cajun seasoning
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
2!. Combine Rice-A-Roni, onions, green peppers, corn, tomatoes,
garlic powder and water in a 3-quart casserole dish; stir to mix!.
3!. Place chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over chicken!.
4!. Cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until rice is tender and
chicken is thoroughly cooked!.
Makes 4 servings
Chicken Pasta Skillet
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into small piece
1 medium green pepper, sliced!.
1 small onion, chopped
1? cups water
2 cups Rotini pasta, uncooked
1 jar (26 oz!.) spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1!. Spray large skillet with cooking spray
2!. Add chicken and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until evenly browned!.
3!. Add green peppers and onions, and continue to cook until tender, stirring occasionally!.
4!. Add water and bring to boil!.
5!. Reduce heat and stir in pasta while making sure it is covered with water!.
6!. Cover and simmer until pasta is done!.
7!. Stir in sauce and sprinkle with cheese!.
8!. Cover and reduce heat to low!.
9!. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted!.

4!. Add potatoes, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and seasoning!.

4!. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender!.

1 lb!. cooked chicken, shredded
1 onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 celery ribs, chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed*
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can green peas, drained
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
? tsp!. garlic powder
1 can of buttermilk biscuits
1!. Place all the above ingredients into a crock pot except biscuit dough; stir to mix all well!.
2!. cover and cook on high for 30 minutes!.
3!. Stir, turn heat to low, cover and continue to cook for 5 or 6 hours!.
4!. During last 30 minutes of cooking time, turn heat setting back to High, cover, and cook!.
5!. Uncover, pinch off pieces of biscuit dough and drop into hot chicken mixture!.
6!. Continue to cook on High, uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes!.
7!. Serve hot!.
Makes 6 to 8 servings

bake it in the oven at 350 for 1 hour, to start pre heat the oven ,is the chicken whole or in pieces> if its whole season it with what you like as far as seasoning goes, i use poultry seasoning and black pepper with some fresh garlic, use a roasting pan if you have one, otherwise a rectangular cake pan works well, just put a little olive oil on top and use non stick foil to cover it , if the chicken is in pieces do the same with the seasoning but put all the pieces bone side down , bake 20 minutes and turn the pieces over, for a little extra crispy yummy stuff, sprinkle some dry instant mashed potato flakes over the pieces, bake another 30 minutesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Put chicken in a non-stick pan!.
Mix together catsup and cola, pour over chicken!.
Bring to a boil!. Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes!.
(turning chicken a few times, while cooking!.!.!.to prevent from sticking to pan)
Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce
becomes thick and adheres to the chicken!.
It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce!. Yummmm!
You can double the recipe and use more pieces of
chicken!.!.!.!.wings!.!.!.would be ideal!.!.!.add some hot sauce!.!.!.!.presto "Hot Wings"!

husband!.!.!.(just proves!.!.!.I can't do two things at once)!.!.!.!.mixed Salsa & Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out the catsup) & Cola!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.still turned out really tasty (to me)!.!.!.might be a little sweeter than some of you like!.

but!.!.!.I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo Wings packet!.!.!.(the kind you get to bake in the oven)!.!.!.!.!.I thought it was really good!.!.!.!.!.(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken)!.
Finally!.!.!.!.!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken!.!.!.!.!.!.that's good , too!.
Another (bright)idea!.!.!.!.!.I thought of trying!.!.!.!.!.!.replace the
catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce!.!.!.and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp!.!.!.!.!.!
Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce!.!.!.!.!.!.eh!.!.!.wasn't all that
great!.!.!.was OK!.!.!.probably won't be fixing it again!.
also tried beef stew cuts!.!.!.!.!.!.that was pretty good!.!.!.!.!.I can see

With onion crumbs, press firmly to adhere to chicken!.
BAKE:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!.
Place chicken on lightly greased baking pan!.
Sprinkle with additional onion crumbs, if desired!.
Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center!.
Mushroom Chicken
4 boneless/skinless chicken breast (or any pieces you like)
1 can cream of mushroom soup!.
1 can water
Place chicken in crock pot (or sauce pan for stove top cooking)
mix soup & 1 can of water together
pour over chicken
cook on medium heat until boiling then reduce heat and cook until chicken is really tender & falling apart!.
Serve over noodles or rice or dressing!.!.!.!.or!?!?!?
