1 c!. blueberries
1 c!. raspberries
1 c!. quartered small strawberries
1/2 c!. chopped nectarine (about 1)

1 (750-milliliter) bottle cava, chilled
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a lg!. pitcher, & chill for at least 2 hrs!. Stir in 1 c!. nectar & wine!. Serve immediately!.
Servings 4-8 depending on amount in glass!.
Strawberry-banana Smoothies (for kids)
1 lg!. banana, cut in half
1 c!. frozen unsweetened whole berries
3/4 c!. orange or pineapple juice
1 (8oz) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender; process 1 min!. or til smooth!. Serve immediately!.

Lettuce or Cucumber Salad
head of lettuce chopped
4 c!. sliced cucumbers
1 c!. mayo
1/4 c!. sugar

1/2 c!. reduced-fat sour cream
2 (8oz!.) pkg!. less-fat cream chz, softened
1 1/2 tsp!. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp!. salt
Preheat oven to 400*!.
Combine 1/3 c!. sugar, crumbs, & butter!. Press mix into bottom & 1/2 in!. up sides of 9 in!. springform pan coated w/ cooking spary!. Bake @ 400* for 7 min!. Cool on wire rack!.
Reduce oven to 325*!.
Combine 1/3 c!. sugar, water, juice, & guava paste in small saucepan; bring to a boil!. Reduce heat, & simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally!. Cool slighty!. Pour mix into a blender, & process until smooth!. Cool completely!. Stir in 1 egg white!.
Combine remaining sugar, sour cream, & cheese in a med bowl; beat w/ mixer on low speed til smooth!. Beat in vanilla & salt!. Gradually add remaining 4 egg whites, beating well after each!. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain!. When cooled, toss with cubed salami, feta, chopped red bell pepper, chopped green onions, olive and salad dressing!. Cover and chill overnight!. Toss before serving!.
2!. Spinach Salad: 1 - 2 bags baby spinach, stems removed; 1/2 -3/4 cup candied walnuts; 4 oz feta cheese; 1 can mandarin oranges, drained; 5 slices platter bacon, chopped, cooked, drained; 1/4-1/2 cup French dressing!. Toss the above together and serve immediately!.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
Mix the first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan!. Dissolve Jello in hot water!. Cool briefly in refrigerator!. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth!. Add Jello slowly until blended!. Blend in Cool Whip with the lime mixture!. Pour into crust and freeze!. Serve frozen or thaw slightly to make cutting easier!.
Yield: 10 to 12 servings

Frozen grapes are great to munch on summer!!! They are good when you are on a diet and have the need to nibble on something!. It takes a long time to eat one grape, it tastes like frozen ices, and is also good for you!.
Buy a bunch of seedless grapes!. It does not matter if what type or color!.
Wash them carefully and let them drain in a strainer!.
Remove the grapes from the stems!.
Place a handful or more in small bags!.
Put them all into a freezer and allow them to freeze!.
Take out a bag when you feel like munching!.
They usually take a few hours to freeze, so be patient

To make, I take two cans of tuna, one can of chickpeas, can of black olives (chopped), jar of pickled peppers (sliced), celery (chopped), fresh basil (chopped), few spoonfulls of pesto!. Mix evertything together!.
