Answers:
You can make jambalaya with those ingredients!.
Here is a link to some jambalaya recipes!.!.!.!.you can adapt one of them to work with the ingredients you have on hand!. I have made jambalaya with just sausage lots of times!.

You can also add red beans with the rice & sausage---yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

put half cup raw rice in greased or lined baking dish, add 1 can cream of something good soup, 1 can of water, a cup of broccoli or something good veggies, stir all together, then put the meat on top and cover tightly with foil!. Bake at 350 for 3 hours!. Serve with tossed green salad with good dressing!!

* cream of something good soup = mushroom, chicken, asparagus, green pea, celery, anything you like

* meat can be the sausage, chicken, pork chops, round steak pieces, anything you like to eat!.

This is one of my standby recipes for days when my imagination has fled out the window, and I can't think what to serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This one is so good, Get a foil lasagna pan, and in it put your kielbasa, sliced, small potatoes halved or quartered depending on size, purple onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, Peppers (I prefer red or yellow) mix it all together and cover with 1 or 2 jars of Sweet and sour sauce/mix that with 1/2 bottle of green tobascco!. cover with foil!. cook until potatoes are tender, you may want to add the mushrooms in when the potatoes are almost done!. You can almost boil some chicken until it is partially cooked and cut it into bite sized pieces and add it too!. This can be cooked in the oven, but I always cook it on the grill!. When done serve on rice, cooked in chicken broth!. It is so delicious!. Especially with an Ice cold beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are 2 dishes I make with Kielbasa!. The first is to cut up the kielbasa and cook in olive oil in a frying pan!. I mix it with potatoes, corn, cherry tomatoes and cheese!. You can easily take out the potatoes and cheese, and add whatever veggies you like, then put it over rice!. In the frying pan, it's only a few minutes until it's all done cooking!. The other thing I do is to make a soup out of kielbasa, with beef broth (or water and beef buillion cubes, but for this I always put one extra buillion cubes than I have of water), corn, spinach, and potatoes!. Again, instead of the potatoes, you can put rice and whatever veggies you like!. Good luck!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

my family is POLISH and polish can be!

for us, we boil our kielbasa, cut it up and then put it in a roaster and roast until brown!. YUM!

personally i'm such a fan of kielbasa plain, i don't mix in a recipe but i would serve it over a bed of rice!

jeez, i'm going to call and put in an order with my grandma now, i'm craving kielbasa!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I fry my kielbasa in a frying pan (very little butter) until brown, then serve it with sauerkraut, mashed- potatoes and gravy (from the drippings in the pan)!.

But can easily substitute the masked-potatoes for rice, it will be just as good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My husband's grandmother is polish and she slices Kielbasa up and mixes it in with egg noodles and shredded cooked cabbage and that's delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jambalaya would be my suggestion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
