Need gas BBQ expert for rotisserie help!?!
I'm going to be using my gas BBQ's electric rotisserie attachement for the first time to cook a huge pork tenderloin, probably 8lbs!. How long do I cook it for per pound!? What temperature, high, medium or low!? I want it to be really juicy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I do only about 2 lbs!., takes less than an hour!.!.!.keep a meat probe handy, probably 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hrs!. on a med flame!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
