ICING Plz Help?!

Question: ICING Plz Help!?
i don't have vanilla, will you give me a recipe for icing(powdered sugar and milk!?) THANKSWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Not sure if you want icing or frosting, but here are vanilla-free recipes for both!.

Icing:
2 large egg whites
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3 cups confectioner's sugar
-------
In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the egg whites with the lemon juice!. Add the sifted powdered sugar and beat on low speed until combined and smooth!. The icing needs to be used immediately or transferred to an airtight container as royal icing hardens when exposed to air!. Cover with plastic wrap when not in use!.

Frosting:
2 sticks unsalted butter
6 cups confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
------
Soften or melt the butter!. Combine with milk in a large mixing bowl!. Gradually add the sugar, stirring in about 1/2 cup at a time!. As the mixture starts to thicken, switch from a spoon to an electric mixer on low speed!. Continue to add sugar until frosting is desired consistency!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
