Answers:
I simply cut a few peppers in half (red, yellow, or orange ones or a combo of all), an onion, a portabella mushroom, and zuchini and throw them all on the grill!. When they are done I quickly grill the fajita wrap on high to warm it, serve with salsa or taco sauce and sour cream and cheese!. You can also heat separately some black beans or pintos to throw in when you wrap it, but obviously you don't grill those! LOL!

This is one of my family's favorite summer meals, my kids included!. Mine too because it is EASY!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thr original burrito is veggie entirely!! it is refritos or refried beans wrapped in a tortilla!.

to that you can add any other veggie you want: mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, spinach, onions, peppers etc!.

I put only ground beef cooked and cheese in mine! but that is me!

Burrito is whatever you like including stewed apples or other fruits too, wrapped in a tortillaWww@FoodAQ@Com

I like meat in mine!. But if I avoided meat,I'd put in a big flour tortilla wrapper:

refried beans
onions (either freshly minced or sauteed)
jalapeno peppers
rice
cheese
pico de gallo or salsa
a sprinkling of black or pinto beans
cilantro
black olives
guacamole
a bit of sour creamWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well put whatever veggies you like!. I personally like, peppers, onions, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, lettuce and tomatoesWww@FoodAQ@Com

peppers (red and yellow), onions, japs, broccoli, tomatoes, avocado, back beans, rice, cheese and salsaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Beans, rice, potato, green chile, lettuce and tomato!. Can you have cheese!? A little of that, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
