Can anyone tell me some different ways to make coffee!?Like,what ingredients can I add to a cub of fresh brewed coffee to make different combinations and flavors!?Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
ORANGE CINNAMON COFFEE
Yield: 1 Servings

1/4 c Ground coffee
1 tb Grated orange peel
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cinnamon sticks

Place coffe and orange peel in blender or food processor fitted with
steel blade!. With processor running, add vanilla!. Stop and scrape
sides of container with a spatula!. Process 10 seconds longer!. Place
mix in a small bowl and stir in cinnamon sticks!. Store in
refrigerator Yields:Mix for eight 6 ounce servings




Mocha Mix Up

2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/4 cup sugar
dash of salt
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
3 cups milk
whipped cream

Stir together in saucepan coffee and salt!. In a small cup or bowl stir
together sugar and cocoa!. Add to saucepan!. Add water and stir over low heat
until well mixed!. Add milk and simmer 4 minutes stirring constantly until
heated!. When piping hot remove from heat and beat until frothy!. Pour in to
mugs and top with whipped cream


SPICY VIENNESE COFFEE
Yield: 4 Servings

---COFFEE--
1 1/2 pt Hot strong coffee
2 Sticks of cinnamon
4 Cloves
1/2 ts Allspice berries

--TOPPING-
5 oz Double cream
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

Prepare the topping first!. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then
gently whip in the sugar!. Chill the cream until ready to serve!.

In a small saucepan heat, but do not boil, coffee, cinnamon sticks,
cloves and allspice!. Leave over very low heat for 10 minutes so that
all flavors combine!. Strain the mixture into glass mugs, top with the
whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve!.



White Chocolate Latte
2 cups milk
1 cup half and half
2/3 cup white chocolate morsels
2 T!. instant coffee granules
1 t!. vanilla extract
1/4 t!. almond extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Stir first 4 ingredients together in a small pan over low heat until white
chocolate morsels are melted!. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts; Pour evenly
into 4 mugs!. Top with whipped cream, if desired!. Garnish, if desired, and serve
at once!. Makes 4 cups





Vanilla Almond Coffee

Make your own flavored coffee at a fraction of the cost!. It's fun to create your own flavor combinations!. This recipe is from McCormick, the spice people!.

1 can automatic drip ground coffee
1 (1 ounce) bottle pure vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) bottle pure almond extract

Pour coffee into a large zipper plastic bag or bowl!. Add both extracts to coffee!. Stir well to thoroughly blend extracts into coffee!. Store coffee in plastic bag or airtight container in refrigerator or freezer until ready to use!. Brew coffee as usual!.

Variations
Decaffeinated coffee works just as well!.

Try your own favorite flavors: coconut, rum, hazelnut, chocolate!.



Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino


Makes 2 to 3 servings

1 cup hot water
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons Chocolate Flavor NESTLé? NESQUIK? Syrup
3 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
1 tablespoon TASTER'S CHOICE? 100% Pure Instant Coffee

Place water, milk, Nesquik, caramel topping and TASTER'S CHOICE in a microwave-safe pitcher!. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot; stir!.

Serve immediately!.




Chocolate Cream Coffee
Serve this drink in front of a fire on a cold winter evening!.

1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 cup coffee
Ground cinnamon
Sweetened chocolate powder
Grated orange peel

Whip all but 1 tablespoon of the cream!. Stir the reserved tablespoon
of cream and the chocolate syrup in a saucepan over low heat until
mixed together!. Add the coffee gradually, stirring the mixture as you
do so!. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and cinnamon,

Add some ground cinnamon and milk, or chocolate syrup!!

I also like to add some vanilla extract!. Almond extract is great too! (start out with like a 1/4tsp!. though, too much and it will be too strong!.) You can buy different syrups like Hazelnut and Amaretto too!. Or you can cheat and opt for some of the amazing flavors of CoffeMate!Www@FoodAQ@Com

well you can add cinnomin, nutmeg, vanilla extract, sum sugar and coco powder together!.

You can not miss the " Check Spelling " in the right corner of this text box!.!.!.!.SO you not only have dyslexic fingers but poor vision and you don't proof read your work of literary art!.!.

get ANY pot
first fry an egg for what ever
boil 3 mugs of water
shut the heat
add 3 rounded Tbls!. of your grounds
careful it may foam up on you!.!.!. It is magic
and the shell from the egg (it is magic)!.
let it steep (wait) the grounds will settle and you'll have clear coffee!.
now add any stuff ice cream chocolate etc milk,, cream LIQUORWww@FoodAQ@Com

When I brew the coffee, I sometimes add about 1/2 tsp!. of cinnamon to the grinds!. It gives your coffee a nice cinnamon flavor!.

I'm stuck on the flavored coffee!.!.!.I like hazelnut and french vanilla!.!.I do the cinnamon trick when I'm out of those!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A sprinkle of cinnamon in the grounds will work beautifully !.!.!.!.!. You can also buy syrups for coffee (Torani) in the coffee aisle, and Coffeemate & International make some delicious LIQUID creamers!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
