Answers:
Yeah, I put mine in the oven all of the time!. I think you can bake at 425 for 15-18 min (thin potatoes) or 22-26 mins for thick potatoes!. Season them good!.!.!.they will come out great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can't fry them but you can bake them!. Do you have any non stick cooking spray, like Pam!? If so, you can make the fries, toss them in a bowl with some salt, peper, other herbs and then lay them out on a foil lined baking sheet!. Spray liberally with the cooking spray!. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes!. Then flip them, spray again and bake another 10 minutes or until they are cooked through!.

You can bake them without oil, but they won't get crispy and won't be as good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As an idea, in general, egg white can be used for the potatoes, so the seasonings would stick to it and makes them crispy!. I've used margarine on the cookie sheet instead of Pam spray or oil!. Or if you have a nonstick pan then don't use anything!. I like the cajun fries the best!.

Easy oven fries:

Preheat oven to 450°!.

Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray!.

Toss potatoes with seasoning choice!. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes so they brown evenly!.

I'd forget french fries without oil - why don't you just have baked potatoes!. I know they take ages, but you can zap them for 5 minutes in the microwave first and that speeds up cooking!. Or you could make rosti by grating the potato!. But that need oil, or butter!. Sorry, not much help really!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
