CURRY AND GINGER CHICKEN STIR-FRY (ASIAN STYLE)
Hope this is find you better!
And, i don't have a recipe including frozen pepperoni!. and there's no carrot and parsley used here!. Instead peanuts!! and cilantro !. !. !.

* vinegar - 2 tsps
* 1 cup Sriacha sauce
* 1 T!. light pad thai sauce
* 3 T!. vegetable oil
* 1 cup broccoli, chopped into small "trees"
* 3 T!. chopped cilantro
* 1 T!. ground ginger (fresh, grated ginger can also be used)
* 2!. cloves garlic, chopped
* 1 small can snap peas
* 1 C!. coconut milk and beaten eggs (3 eggs)
* 2 T!. roughly chopped peanuts
* 2 servings of asian rice noodles
* 1 lime cut into wedges
Directions
1!. Skin and de-bone chicken if necessary!. Chop into large chunks!.
2!. In a pot, set 4-5 cups of water to boil!.
3!. Chop cilantro, garlic and peanuts, combine in a bowl together!. Set aside!.
4!. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat!.
5!. Add chicken and brown for 3-4 minutes
6!. Add peanuts, cilantro and garlic!. Keep everything moving so it doesn't burn for another 2-3 minutes!.
7!. Add curry paste and pad thai sauce, as well as the ground ginger!.
8!. Finally, add broccoli, peas!. Add beaten eggs, a bit of the coconut milk and a little vinegar, if the dish looks too dry!. The idea is to steam the broccoli while also allowing the Sriacha sauce to dissolve and adding a bit of these liquids to make a nice sauce at the bottom of the wok!. Eyeball it!.
9!. This shouldn't need more than another 2 minutes to cook!. Turn off heat and cover!.
10!. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, or whatever the packaging says!. They usually cook in no time!.
11!. Drain the noodles and serve in a bowl!.
12!. Spoon the stir-fry over the noodles and garnish with a bit more of chopped peanuts and a wedge of fresh lime if you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pad thai with a twist (rice noodles, chicken breasts, egg, snap peas, little stalks of broccoli, garlic, ginger, fish sauce and maybe some carrot strips)!. Garnish with parsley!. (If you want to add a little western flavour, you can chop up the pepporoni into thin slices and use that as a garnish too!.
For dessert, you can make a ginger coconut milk pudding (a popular Asian dessert) using ginger, coconut milk and egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sriacha(spicy)
carrots and parsly for garnish for a killer pad thai recipie:
1!.Heat a large wok over high heat until very hot, to the point of smoky!.
2!.Add a splash of oil, about 3-4 tablespoons!. Don't be shy, this ain't no diet food!.
3!. add the chicken first, cook, stirring vigorously, until it's half way done, about 1-2 minutes, then add a tablespoon or two of the sauce to flavor the chicken, and a pinch of garlic if you're using it!.
4!.Add the noodle, about 2 loosely packed cups for one portion is my standard, and then a ladle (about ? cup) of warm sauce!. Stir rigorously, keep everything moving in the wok, and cook the noodle until soft!. Remember to break up the noodle and don't let it lump together!. If the sauce evaporates too quickly and your noodle isn't quite ready, sprinkle a bit of water and keep stirring!. Add a bit of oil if the noodle still stubbornly sticks together!. As I said, this ain't no diet food!.
When the noodle is ready (taste it to be sure), push it up to one side of the wok and crack an egg into the middle!. Let it set for 10-15 seconds and toss everything all together!.
Keep things moving!. Add more sauce if it looks a little pale!.
5!.Turn the heat off, and quickly give the wok a good stirring to mix everything together!.
Add the finished Pad Thai to a plate and serve to your first lucky dinner guest!. Give the used wok a quick rinse with warm water, wipe off any excess bits of food with a warm towel, then put the wok back on to the fire!.
As soon as it heats back up to a smoking point, you're ready to do another portion!. Repeat this process until all your dinner guests are fed!. And keep in mind they can add siratcha but its spicy!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
