How to cook crawfish?!

Just bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, add the craw fish and cook for 1 to 3 mins!. depending on the amount!. You can also add more seasonings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Sounds like they are already cooked, so you will not need to re-boil them!. If they have been out for a while, we usually peel them, and saute` them in butter and Old Bay Seasoning and serve over Grits or Pasta!. 12 to 15 lb!. live crawfish
1 pkg!. (3 oz!.) crab and shrimp boil mix
1 c!. salt
2 tbsp!. cayenne pepper
In a 10 gallon stew pot, bring water, crab boil, salt and pepper to a boil!. Add crawfish and boil for 10 minutes!. Remove from heat and let crawfish soak for 10 minutes!. This allows meat to absorb flavors, so do not shorten soaking time!. Drain and serve immediately!. Makes 4 to 6 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
