I have an absolutly delicious boneless skinless chicken breast recipe that might not be the healthiest but its not horrible either and could be made healthier!.
Preheat the oven to 400F
Get yourself a can each of reduced fat or fat free cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup and a cup of reduced fat or fat free sour cream!.
Combine all three in a mixing bowl and stir until everything is well combined!. You can also add in some chives and extra mushrooms to taste!.
Layout your chicken breasts in a 9X13 baking dish, this recipe can easily do 6-8 chicken breasts so cook when you have a full house or cut portions in half for a smaller meal!.
Next pour the mixture over your chicken breast evenly and sprinkle a little peprika over the top to crust!.
Put the whole thing in the oven for about an hour, pull it out and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is sooooo good and so easy!. Pineapple chicken bake!. Preheat oven to 375 ,wash and place (boneless, skinless best) chicken breasts in 9 by 11 baking dish!. In sepperate bowl, combine 1 cup catsup, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1 can pineapple chunks (I omit half the juice from the can)!. mix well and pour over chicken!. Use terayaki sauce ,olive oil, salt,pepper, orrrr Itilian dressing, all together and bake!. Make some brown rice to go with it and a side of veggies!Www@FoodAQ@Com

CHICKEN TETRAZINI
3 tbsp!. flour
1/2 stick butter
2 c!. milk
1 green pepper; optional
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c!. grated sharp cheese
1 sm!. jar pimientos, chopped
1/2 tsp!. garlic powder
1 tsp!. salt
3 c!. chopped chicken
Cook spaghetti in broth for half of the time required (listed on package)!.
Melt butter and blend in flour until smooth!. Stir in milk!. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick!. Add green pepper and cook 5 more minutes over low heat!.
Add cheese, soup, and garlic powder!. Blend well!. Add chicken and spaghetti!. Put in casserole and sprinkle with cheese!.
Bake at 350°F degrees for approximately 30 minutes

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min!.
2 tbsp!. butter
1 1/2 lb!. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 to 6)
1 can (10 3/4 oz!.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/4 cup water
2 tsp!. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp!. garlic powder
Hot cooked pasta
Directions:
1!. Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat!. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it’s well browned on both sides!. Remove the chicken and set aside!.
2!. Stir in the soup, water, lemon juice and garlic!. Heat to a boil!. Return the chicken to the skillet and reduce the heat to low!. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through!.
3!. Serve the chicken with the pasta!. Serves 4!.

3/4 cup water
2 tbsp!. soy sauce
2 tbsp!. cider vinegar
2 tbsp!. honey
1 tsp!. garlic powder
Paprika
Directions:
SPREAD rice in 2-qt!. shallow baking dish!. Top with chicken!.
MIX soup, water, soy, vinegar, honey and garlic powder!. Pour over chicken!. Sprinkle with paprika!. Cover !.
BAKE at 375°F!. 45 min!. or until done!. Serves 4!.
TIP: Add 2 cups frozen broccoli flowerets to the rice before baking!.

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/ 2-inch pieces
1/4 cup chicken broth or low sodium chicken broth (14-1/ 2 oz can)
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (14 oz jar)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
3 cups rotini pasta (8oz) or penne rigate, uncooked (8oz)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1!. In 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter; add chicken!.
2!. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 3 minutes!.
3!. Add chicken broth, spaghetti sauce and seasonings; heat to boiling!.
4!. Add uncooked pasta, stirring to coat with liquid!.
5!. Cover; reduce heat!. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed!.
6!. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese!. 5 servings (1 cup each)

* 2 teaspoons soy sauce

* 2 teaspoons cornstarch

DIRECTIONS
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
2!. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag!. One at a time, put chicken pieces in bag, seal and shake to coat!. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute chicken pieces until brown on all sides!. husband!.!.!.(just proves!.!.!.I can't do two things at once)!.!.!.!.mixed Salsa & Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out the catsup) & Cola!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.still turned out really tasty (to me)!.!.!.might be a little sweeter than some of you like!.
I fixed chicken wings, (using the above recipe)
but!.!.!.I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo Wings packet!.!.!.(the kind you get to bake in the oven)!.!.!.!.!.I thought it was really good!.!.!.!.!.(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken)!.

Chicken in egg
COVER:
With onion crumbs, press firmly to adhere to chicken!.
BAKE:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!.
Place chicken on lightly greased baking pan!.
Sprinkle with additional onion crumbs, if desired!.
Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center!.
Mushroom Chicken
4 boneless/skinless chicken breast (or any pieces you like)
1 can cream of mushroom soup!.
1 can water
Place chicken in crock pot (or sauce pan for stove top cooking)
mix soup & 1 can of water together
pour over chicken
cook on medium heat until boiling then reduce heat and cook until chicken is really tender & falling apart!.
Serve over noodles or rice or dressing!.!.!.!.or!?!?!?
