Sushi sauces...?!

Question: Sushi sauces!.!.!.!?
When I go out to eat sushi, I usually go for the rolls!. They drizzle certain sauces on top but I dont know what they are called!? I have asked people that work at the restaurants I go to but they wont tell me!. I am not referring to soy and wasabi sauces, they are sauces that go on top of the special rolls such as soft shell crab rolls, spider rolls, etc!.

Does anyone know the name of these sauces!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Ponzu = Soy and citrus sauce

Tonkatsu Sauce = the thicker type sauce that's drizzled on maki sushi

Sweet Soy (available in Asian markets) A very thick type of soy, that has the fermented black soy beans in the mix!.

Black Vinegar: a thick, pungent aged vinegar (think of Japanese Balsamic)

Those are just a few that come to mind!.!.!.!.!.you can make Tonkatsu sauce at home (a Japanese lady [in her 90's, and spry as a spring lark] taught me how to make it~ 3 ingredients)
