Meanwhile prepare the sauce!. Combine clams with juice, butter or margarine, vegetable oil, minced garlic, parsley, basil, and pepper in a large saucepan!. Place over medium heat until boiling!. Serve warm over pasta!.

The salad is easy romaine lettuce, tomatoes!. A bottled Italian dressing I am sure you already have!.

For the garlic bread buy a loaf of french bread split it in half length way, spread it with melted butter that you have chopped up garlic into top with Parmesan cheese and broil till cheese melts and is lightly browned this you have to keep a close eye on it goes from beautiful to burned in about 30 seconds!.

What ever you make Katie have fun with it!. Cooking is fun to do when you go in with that attitude!.

Baked ziti is simple and sophisticated - I promise!.

1 box of ziti noodles
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 containter of ricotta cheese
1 tsp of italian seasoning
1tsp of salt, 1tsp of pepper
1 package of pre shredded mozerella cheese

Get a large pot and fill with water to boil!. Add a generous amount of salt to the water, and a few tablespoons of olive oil!. Bring to a boil and dump in the box of ziti noodles and cook according to the boxes directions!.

In the meantime, mix the whole container of ricotta cheese with 1 tsp of salt, 1tsp of pepper, and 1tsp of italian seasoning!. If it tastes too bland, add some more salt and pepper!. When the noodles are finished cooking, drain them and dump them into a large casserole dish!. Mix the noodles with the ricotta cheese mixture - make sure to spread it out as evenly as you can throughout the noodles!. Add about a cup of the spaghetti sauce and mix through the noodles as well!. It should look like noodles covered in a pink, lumpy sauce!. Add a few more spoonfulls of sauce to the top, and sprinkle the desired amount of mozerella cheese on top!. Place in the oven at 375 (preheat oven) and bake until the top is melty and golden brown!.

Serve with garlic bread and a salad, and pour your parents a glass of merlot if they have it on hand!. Good stuff, and it takes literally 20 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hope you like this recipe!?! It's very quick! The first thing to remember when cooking is "be organized!" Read the recipe through before you do anything! Have everything prepped and ready before you start to cook!.

3-5 garlic cloves-chopped (you can use minced garlic, but fresh garlic is always so much better!)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound uncooked cleaned, peeled, deveined shrimp (buy your shrimp already prepped for you)!. Small shrimp works best!. Rinse the shrimp in very cold water and drain very well!. Set on paper towels to blot excess water!.
1/2 cup white wine-chardonnay-ask your parents for this!!
1 cup grape tomatoes-sliced in half
small bunch of fresh basil (fits into your palm)
1 cup of feta cheese-crumbled
2 packages of angle hair pasta
sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Bring 6 quarts of water to boil!. This is for your pasta-but don't cook it yet!!

In a large saute pan on high heat-very quickly saute the chopped garlic and the olive oil until you smell it-it will smell wonderful!. Add the shrimp and saute until the shrimp
just turn pink (2-3 minutes)!. Constantly stir with a spatula when you are sauteing!.
Add the wine and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes!. The wine should be boiling!. Keep stirring!
Add the tomatoes and reduce the heat to medium-low!.
Tear up the basil leaves into small pieces and drop into the sauce!. Add the crumbled feta cheese!. Season with fresh ground pepper and sea salt to taste!. Stir!. Reduce heat to very low!. Do not cover!.
Now, the pasta water has been boiling while you have been cooking your shrimp sauce!. Add a splash or two of olive oil to the water and add the pasta!. Angle hair pasta cooks fast-3+ minutes!. Test your pasta as you cook it-you want it al dente-a bit of a chew/not crunch/ and definitely not mushy!
Drain the pasta and return to the empty pot-add a splash of olive oil and toss to keep pasta separated!.
Divide pasta onto plates and top with the shrimp sauce!.
Serve with a salad and fresh Italian bread!. Delicious! Serves 4-6Www@FoodAQ@Com

Another (bright)idea!.!.!.!.!.I thought of trying!.!.!.!.!.!.replace the
catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce!.!.!.and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp!.!.!.!.!.!
Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce!.!.!.!.!.!.eh!.!.!.wasn't all that
great!.!.!.was OK!.!.!.probably won't be fixing it again!.
also tried beef stew cuts!.!.!.!.!.!.that was pretty good!.!.!.!.!.I can see
