How do you make sauce for egg foo yung ?!

Bring one cup chicken broth to a boil!. Stir in 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, & salt and pepper to taste!. Dissolve 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 4 tablespoons water!. Stir the cornstarch mix into the chick broth mix and simme a couple minutes to thicken it!. You can keep it warm on low heat while making your egg fu yung!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
