I would do a chicken corn soup!

Make your own chicken broth by cooking a chicken in water with lots of herbs, spices, leaks, and celery!.

Discard the vegetables!. Remove the chicken and let cool, take the meat off the bones and to the broth!. Add celery, carrots, and corn to the broth!. Then you can add noodles (homemade or store bought) if you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A corn chowder made w/ fresh corn is AWESOME! Make it as you would a New England Clam Chowder, subbing the corn for the clams!. Bon Appetit!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh corn on the cob, I would cook it up and eat it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
