I want to make chocolate chip muffins, and I want to remove the blackberries and the orange zest!.

Why not just use a standard chocolate chip muffin recipe just to be sure!. Here's a good one:

That will be fine, just substitute the blackberries with the chocolate chips and leave out the orange zest, its only there for added flavour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
