This is the one my family uses for every holiday, special occasion, or just whenever we feel like it!

1 large package of Velveeta - 2 lb size
1 pound of hamburger
1 package of sausage - we like Jimmy Dean's - you can use spicy if you like it hot or mild if you prefer
1 can of Ro-Tel tomatoes with chiles- again you can pick mild or spicy depending on your taste!.

We cook the meat in frying pan, drain all the fat off and put it in a slow cooker!. Turn the slow cooker on high and cut the Velveeta up in big chunks and put it in the slow cooker too, and the whole can of Ro-Tel tomatoes (don't drain it)!. Then stir occasionally until all of the cheese is melted, which tells you it is ready to eat!

You could also put this in the microwave if you don't have or want to use a slow cooker!. Just use a microwave-safe casserole dish, and microwave it for about 3-4 mins at a time, then stir, and go again for another 3-4 mins til all cheese is melted and it's done!. We eat it with a big package of Tostitos Tortilla Chips, and I even use it for a taco salad that is really awesome!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Super Easy!

Brown burger with chopped onions until browned and crumbly!. Drain!.

While you are doing that, take a big (4c) glass measuring cup or improvise and cube up one lb!. velveeta and toss in a can of hot (or whatever heat) rotel tomatoes undrained!. Microwave a couple min at a time stirring until smooth and blended!.

Transfer cheese sauce into a huge bowl add burger/onion mixture and incorporate until mixed well!. Serve with any kind of tortilla type chips you like!.

Be careful, addictive!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I couldn't choose one but here is a list:

I do the same thing as favorite_aunt24 and add a big can of refried beans and enough cheese to make the dip almost stringy!. There's no such thing as too much cheese!Www@FoodAQ@Com
