I make surprise burgers!. Make patties about 3/8 inches thick!. I season with seasoning salt and black pepper!. Take a patty and place a heaping tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center and cover with a second patty and seal edges well!. Cook on grill basting with my grilling sauce which is 3 tablespoons of melted butter and 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce!. These go so good with grilled onions and pickles!. I like mine with mustard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Of the stuff that you have, you could add the garlic salt, pepper and crushed red pepper using about 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon/pound of ground meat depending upon your tastes!. also, if you have it, some finely chopped sweet onions and shredded/grated cheese!.

I would stay away from the cinnamon and the sugars, the rest absolutely, 1/2 - 1 tsp per lb!. If you use garlic salt, don't use regular salt!. I've also used tarragon, oregano, basil, marjoram and cheyenne pepper, just not all at once!. Have fun and experiment!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can add red onion and mushrooms and roasted peppers in the burger itself, not just on top!. As long as the texture of the patty if firm with them in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

to make your bugers extra juicy, insert a piece of cheese in the center, otherwise burgers don't need alot of spices to flavor themWww@FoodAQ@Com

Garlic salt alone should be fine, as much as if it were just salt!. If you have some Lawrys season salt, that's awesome!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

melt a slice of brie on top of the burger once your about serve them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

worchestershire sauce about 1/4 c!. per 2 lb of meat then make pattiesWww@FoodAQ@Com
