Cooking eggs?!

Question: Cooking eggs!?
why do people put milk in eggs!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Good question!. Anybody in the culinary relam knows that milk added to eggs tends to toughen them up and make them somewhat un-palatable!.!.!.but some people do it anyway!. If you need to add anything, add a tablespoon of water, but only if your eggs are approaching the freshness date on the carton (They lose some moisture in the fridge even through the shells and the water adds it back) otherwise, NEVER add MILK or WATER to eggs that you are scrambling!.

To make them fluffier, stir vigorously with a fork while cooking!. No non-stick pans either!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
