Frozen Whole Chicken?!

I Have looked around and it seems like its okay to cook a frozen whole chicken in the oven!.!.!. but what if it has "parts" in it !?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You are suppose to thaw the chicken and remove the parts!.!.!. there will be giblets in the cavity in a bag!. Some places store them in the breast cavity so be sure to look there!. Then clean and rinse the chicken inside and out and then season it to your liking!. Then you can bake it either whole and stuffed with dressing or cut it up and bake the parts!. If you do stuff it, it is better to use a roasting chicken since they are meatier and a bit bigger than a frying chicken!. The package will tell you what type you have!. If you have a fryer, then I suggest you cut it in quarters and bake the parts!. If you want it a bit crispier on the outside, coat it with a light oil or spray it with baking spray and sprinkle it with seasonings!.!.!. I use garlic powder, pepper and sessame seeds and then bake it at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour!. I usually never stuff a roaster chicken but cook it slower at 325 degrees and when its almost done remove the cover like you do with a turkey so it will brown a bit on the skin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

defrost the chicken,
look inside ,
pull the crap out that you need and leave the stuff that you dont need!.
I usually pull out everything since i dont like liver and kidneys!.My roommates do so they cook it separately ( when i am not around!.!.!.i know ewww)!.
And then cook the chicken!.
Make sure you put something underneath the chicken so it will collect all the juice and fats it drips while being cooked!.
If you want a barbque style chicken , use monteral steak chicken and marinate it for atleast 24 hours!.!.!.i do it all the time and its the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to run it under warm water and get your hand in there and clean anything out of the cavity!. Then rub some oil, season and put her in the oven!. Yum!
You can even stuff the cavity with some citrus fruits and fresh herbs
