Is cooking in crockpot fattening?!

Question: Is cooking in crockpot fattening!?
We love cooking in our crockpot!. And it doesnt involve adding oil or butter!. Just cooking in its own juices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Absolutely not, no, using a crockpot is defnitly not fattening!. cooking in a crockpot is great, as you dont have to add all the extra butters and fats!. The only thing that would make it fatty would be using meat, with fatty bits left on and of course, if you were to throw in oils or butters during cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends what you cook in it and how you cook it!. Cook with lots of fat and it's fattening, cook without and it's less fattening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I agree it depends on what you're cooking!. Realize though, that the fat doesn't drain out like it would if you grill or fry (and drain the grease), it all just cooks in the fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no, you can cook healthy or not in a crock pot!.depends on the dish!.the only difference is it cooks very slow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You answered your own question, didn't you!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
