You asked for it - here it is a genuine Swiss recipe for Berner K?sekuchen!
Ingredients:
300 g finely grated Emmental cheese
125 g finely grated Gruyère cheese
75 g finely grated Appenzell cheese
1 -2 dessert spoons fresh goat's cheese (Chevroux)
2 -3 Eggs
1/2 a bunch of Dill, washed, dried and finely chopped
1 - 2 beakers of sour creme
A little cream
Ground black pepper and freshly grated nutmeg!.
1 - 2 Garlic cloves!.
1 pack puff pastry!.

Method:
Heat the oven to 180° C!.
Rub the baking dish with garlic and then butter!.
Mix the other ingredients together and season with pepper and nutmeg!.
Roll the pastry and place on the baking dish!. Spread the cheese mixture over the pastry!.
Bake for about 30 minutes until the surface is lightly browned!.

KASE KUCHEN

1/2 lb!. boiled potatoes, grated
5 oz!. Emmeuthaler cheese, grated
9 oz!. basic dough, non sweetened
3 1/2 oz!. ham, cut into sm!. pieces
Pepper
1 raw egg

Flatten dough into 2 flat round cake form; mix all the other ingredients!. Spread out on the dough!. Bake in the oven (middle temperature) 45 minutes!. Serve with green salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
