I kind of do it by eye!. Usually about a pound of cooked meat!. I use leftover chicken or turkey usually, browned ground beef works fine too!. About a bag of frozen vegetables, preferably peas and carrots!. Mix that together with a little bit of gravy and put in a 9"x13" pan!. Top with a layer of mashed potatoes, instant is fine, about 3/4"-1" thick!. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes-until the top is golden brown and a little crispy!. Sometimes I sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for another 5 minutes-until the cheese is bubbly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil about 1 lb of potatoes in lightly salted water 'til tender!.
Drain & mash when finished, adding a little butter & milk!.
Brown ground meat, beef or lamb traditionally, in fry-pan!.
Scramble-fry 1 lb in 2 tbsp oil with some chopped onion!.
Make sure any pinkness is gone, then drain off excess fat!.
Mix in assorted vegetables or a can of vegetable soup!.
Place in bottom of any casserole or baking dish,
cover top with mashed potatoes, press down with fork!.
Cover top with foil to prevent burning, bake at 400-450F!.
When bubbling, remove foil & continue until browned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
