Answers:
Just melt the chocolates!. Use a double boiler!.!.!.it really is the best way, or your fondue pot!. But, don't put it into the microwave, it can scald!. You will need to keep the chocolate warm so it doesn't harden!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/2 c!. water
1 c!. milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Thoroughly combine sugar and cocoa in medium saucepan!. Blend in water; stir in milk and condensed milk!. Add butter!. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid scorching, until mixture just begins to boil!. Remove from heat and add vanilla!. Serve in fondue pot or chafing dish, keep warm!.

Hershey's cocoa and powdered sugar make a much better fondue dip!. I personally cannot stand WILTON's candy!.
It always tastes so stale to me!.
Just melt down some Hershey's powder and powdered sugar to taste!.!. that's pretty much it!. also, you can buy unsweetened or semi sweet chocolate bars and just mix in with powdered sugar to taste and texture!.
Skip the Wilton's, it's gross!.!. even Topps brand is better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
