How do u make macaroni cheese?!

* 500g macaroni
* 2 c grated colby or edam or tasty cheese
* 1 cup approx milk
* flour for thickening about 2 tablespoons
* salt
* pepper
* 1 tsp dried mustard
* 25g butter
Directions
1!. melt butter in large saucepan
2!. remove pan from heat and mix in flour to smooth paste
3!. slowly add milk heating gently add milk and heat until sauce starts to thicken

5!. add half the cheese and stir thru'

14!. place under grill until cheese topping goes golden brown
15!. serve immediately

1x pack cheese sauce
50g grated cheese
cooking time 20 mins
1) Boil the macaroni 10-12 mins (check individual packs for exact times) test a piece when its supposed to be ready, it shouldnt be too hard, firm to the taste but not chewy!.
2) Make the cheese sauce as per packet instruction (usually add 350ml milk, stir untill bring to the boil, simmer 5-8 mins till thickens!.
3) Drain Macaroni, place in grill proof dish
4) pour cheese sauce over cooked macaroni
5) sprinkle grated cheese on top
6)place under a preheated grill for about 5 mins untill grated cheese bubbles

Well it depends on what kind of mac n cheese your lookin for!.!. you can melt velveeta down with some cream and add some cooked macaroni!.!. or!.!. my favorite is baked mac n cheese which takes over all half an hour to prepare!.!.

I don't but my boyfriend makes the best mac and cheese I have ever had!. He uses 6 different cheeses and makes a rue with it he then adds the cooked elbow noodles stirring it all together!.
