Can you make a sweet potato jacket potato - do you just cook it for the same amount of time as regular potato?!
Answers:
yes you can definitely make baked 'jacket' sweet potatoes, they will cook in the same way, but sweet potatoes tend to cook faster than non-sweet potatoes, so if you're doing both sweet and non-sweet baked potatoes, put the regular ones in first!.!. so potatoes take ~1hr to bake, put them in, then the sweet potatoes after about 20mins!.
you can also microwave both regular and sweet potatoes until soft-ish, and then crisp them up in the oven for 10-20 mins too - saves time and you still get tasty 'jacket potatoes'!Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can, I do them all the time, they are healthier than regular potatoes!. Just wrap in foil and bake until tender, or you can pierce them with a fork several times and cook in the microwave!. I like to eat them with butter, and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar!. They are especially delicious served with pork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes you can!.
But try this with the skins on!.
You can bake them in the oven either wrapped in tin foil or without the foil!.
Oven temperature 180 Deg C!.
