I would use milk and add a bit of butter to it!. Cook it a while to thicken it up a little!. What are you making anyway!?!?!? I use lots of evap!. milk in Hot Fudge Sauce, and you can't use reg!. milk for that!. Good luck!.!.www!.creativedesignunlimited!.comWww@FoodAQ@Com
